David Rose

David Rose has over 20 years of leadership across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth firms, and startups in technology and media, David offers both strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise. A three-time CEO with experience in five venture-backed startups, David brings the rare perspective of a seasoned founder who has navigated the full entrepreneurial journey. His four successful exits and appearances at premier industry events like Google Demo Day, Silicon Valley Open Doors, and TechCrunch Disrupt demonstrate his ability to build and realize value.

Matt Oxley

Matt is the Managing Director of USXP and based in London. He has recently returned to the UK after a decade in the US launching, funding and scaling the B2B SaaS business he co-founded, Opal. Eighteen months ago, he returned to the UK and engaged with founders and VCs to uncover barriers to U.S. market entry. Identifying a gap, he joined the founding team of USXP to launch a comprehensive "one-stop shop" for U.S. expansion. In his spare time, Matt is also a private investor, EIR at Smedvig Ventures and frequent speaker about the US Expansion journey.
